Refund Policy
Corporate and Private Bookings
We take a non-refundable deposit to secure your event date and to start sourcing a venue (if this is included/required). Full payment for corporate and private bookings are required prior to the event date, by the FINAL PAYMENT DEADLINE. If there is an outstanding payment we will not be able to provide the workshop. Payments made after the final payment deadline may incur a late fee.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your event please let us know before the payment deadline. The deposit is non-refundable due to material sourcing and labour. Cancellations made after the final payment deadline will not be eligible for a refund - even if the outstanding payment has been made. However we can work with clients to rearrange the next suitable date to host the event. If you have chosen to book with one of our suggested venues we are not liable for any charges they give you, please deal with them directly.
General Tickets
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for our events or refunds for cancellations of tickets to our events or workshops. However in some cases we can make your ticket a transferable ticket to another one of our events within 6 months. This is a case by case basis, we reserve the right to not make a ticket transferrable.
