
Ambient Art London Terms and Conditions
Private Bookings
We take full payment for corporate/private bookings prior to the event. If you needed to cancel your event, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund, but we can try our best to rearrange your event to a different date, however a rescheduling fee will apply.
If the number of people attending the private event decreases after payment has been made, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for those unable to attend.
We take full payment before a private event, to secure the booking. Should you wish to add on any additional people to the event after the invoice has been paid, the cost will be the same price per head as the original booking.
Events at external venues / Private Booking Information
• Our team will arrive at least 1 hour before the scheduled start time to set up. Please ensure access to the venue during this time and that tables and chairs are provided in the space ahead of our team arriving.
• The event will start promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may join in but will not be given additional time. The event will finish at the scheduled time.
• If we have an event that has alcohol as a package option - opting for the package with bubbles, we will provide one glass of alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage per person. All guests consuming alcohol must be 18 years of age or older.
• Our professional artists are present solely to provide art instruction for your workshop. They are not responsible for serving additional beverages or handling any other event logistics outside of the art class.
Conduct and Behaviour
• We pride ourselves on the positive and professional environment of our workshops. Disrespectful, disruptive or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.
• We ask everyone to drink responsibly. Ambient Art London is not liable for any incidents resulting from alcohol consumption.
• Guests are not permitted to bring their own food and alcoholic beverages into our partner venues. This only applies at our partner venues for our pop up events.
• Keep personal belongings secure. The venue, staff from the venue, or anyone from the Ambient Art London team is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
• Our staff have the right to ask anyone to leave our pop up venue who does not adhere to the above. Additionally Ambient Art London has the right to refuse to continue with the party if anyone is abusive, disruptive or does not act safely. No refund will be issued.
General Tickets
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for cancellations of tickets to our events or workshops.
Gift Vouchers / Gift Credits
All of our Gift Vouchers and Gift Credits can be redeemed against any of our Ambient Art London workshop tickets, or products, within 1 year of purchase, subject to availability. Gift Vouchers and Gift Credits are non-refundable.
Shop
All items are non-returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Shipping Policy
Shipping to mainland UK is free. Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery of our Ambient Art London Art Kits, and 2-3 business days for Special Delivery.
UK mainland courier services do not include parcel delivery to places that are not on the main island, like the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight and the Isles of Scilly. Should any orders be places with postcodes that fall under these areas, we will sadly have to refund the order for the full amount.
Unfortunately, we are no longer able to ship to Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland or mainland Europe. We currently do not ship internationally.
Paintings
Artworks used in events are creations of Ambient Art London and are for instruction purposes only.
Photos
Our artists will be taking photos throughout the classes for use on our social media, website and other promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be in any of the photos just let one of our artists know on the day and we will make sure to leave you out of them!
